And so it begins. The first wave of wedding mailings are our Save the Date magnets which we’re inserting in our Christmas thank you notes. We aren’t sending these to everyone (because I hand cut them all and after 50 my hand started cramp), so the idea is only our close friends and family gave us gifts. They are also likely to appreciate a magnet more and keep it.

The rest of our guest list, which we’re still working on will get the same info on a postcard which I’d like to have mailed out at the beginning of February.

Incidentally, I designed the return address labels and printed them out on an Avery crack and peel template. Totally the way to go!
